New! “Chicken Scratch Sock Dolls”Exclusive©~. I can’t begin to tell you how much fun I had making each of these dolls. They brought back such wonderful memories of my Grandmother’s house. When my family would visit her house she had these dolls graced in every corner of her old house…I remember playing with them and was in awe of how they felt when picking them up how lumpy and heavy they would feel because of the stuffed rags. I hopefully captured some of my memories of my grandmothers dolls. These are all hand sewn by me, made out of socks with lots of make do’s stuffed with rags and I used remnants of an old quilt with wonderful old fabrics some have civil war reproduction but I used old for their dresses bonnets or just one or the other. I’ve stitched their faces with many expressions so very sweet. They each will come with a signed and dated stitched on fabric name patch. These are one of a kind. Please let me introduce them to you. New! I really enjoyed creating Emily. (a Netty Lacroix pattern) She turned out very sweet indeed and looks to be 100 years old. She and her Heart Pinkeep is stuffed with rags. Her face is penciled on and she really has the sweetest expression. Shes wearing a very aged brown homespun bonnet and skirt that's been handstitched on. Her nose is pinched and her mouth is also penciled in. She has a few holes here and there and stitched makedo's that look to be moth eaten. The heart make do is 12" tall and has a beautiful handstitched verse" Hands To Work Hearts To God" all done in a deep dark cranberry. I've added old brown buttons, old brown with blue and salmon homespun and a covered black stick pin. Its hand stitched o a old metal piece that has a tad bit of weight to keep it grounded nicely. Also, I've added rusty pins and a handstamped "1786 early simples" aged tag. This set will come signed and dated by me. Only one set available. $110.00 plus shipping. New! “Ho Bo Prairie Cakes” These grungy bumpy lumpy cakes smell incredible yummy of my own scent of cloves and pecan pie and made with wax to last but look like a real cake. The Ho Bo’s would wrap these cakes and carry them while traveling through the wilderness. They are a nice size of 5 oz. and will come wrapped in scented flour cloth and tied off with a beeswax scented lantern light(made by me). An Angel And The Crow Exclusive. I was so excited when I found this 2” by 4” pincushion at an antique show in Ohio. So much detail! So I had a mold made for it. The fabric used for the pin cushion is guaranteed old and early I have an old quilt with the best old early homespun and calico fabrics just for these pincushions. You can pick from cadet blues, navy calico's, old reds, blacks, tans and I've added straw to fill the pincushion and rusty pins. So much detail look at the Puss prowling up the back. I added wax linen string for shoe laces and tied a bow. Poured in black beeswax one at a time by me and can sit or hang.
